In this epside, Jonathan interviews Karima Joy, PhD, a therapist, social worker and grief counselor. She works with people through the process of grief, which is incredibly hard to do. We explore her recent article in Psychology Today, and what it means to be a man working through issues and how hard it is to actually face them. We discuss why it's hard to be transparent, and how to transform the pain by digesting it. This was a fantastic episode for it's clarity on grieving and work.
